MMD-0415H Frequency Doubler by Marki Microwave
The MMD-0415H from Marki Microwave is a Passive Frequency Doubler that converts input frequencies from 2 – 7.5 GHz to output frequencies from 4 – 15 GHz. It is based on GaAs Schottky diode technology and can handle an input power of up to 29 dBm. It has a conversion loss of less than 14 dB and provides harmonic suppressions of up to 36 dBc throughout the frequency band. The frequency doubler is available in a module that measures 14.22 x 13.21 x 9.90 mm and has SMA-female connectors (surface-mount MMIC is also available). It is ideal for high-frequency synthesis and LO signal chain applications and has an EAR99 export classification.
