MFBC-0000XPSM Series Band Pass Filter by Marki Microwave
The MFBC-0000XPSM Series from Marki Microwave are Passive Bandpass Filter MMICs with passbands from 7.40 to 39.30 GHz. They have a passband insertion loss of less than 2 dB and provide out-of-band rejection of up to 82 dB. These filters are based on GaAs MMIC technology that enables production of smaller filter constructions to replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. They are manufactured to have tighter fabrication tolerances resulting in less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies and accurate simulation performance. These RoHS-compliant bandpass filters are available in surface-mount QFN packages that measure 5.0 x 5.0 mm.
