ADM-8007PSM RF Amplifier by Marki Microwave

The ADM-8007PSM from Marki Microwave is a high-linearity, high gain, low noise distributed amplifier that operates from 2 to 40 GHz. It delivers +23 dBm of output power with 23 dB of gain and a noise figure of 4 dB. This amplifier requires a DC supply of +5 V, consumes 218 mA of current and does not require an external bias tee. It is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for radar & satellite communications, 5G transceivers, driver amplifier H & S (diode mixers from Marki Microwave) and mobile test & measurement equipment applications.

When driven with an input power of 0 to +5 dBm, it provides sufficient LO drive to power all H and most S diode mixers from Marki Microwave.
