AMM-8211 RF Amplifier by Marki Microwave
The AMM-8211 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Driver Amplifier that operates from 22 to 57 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of +21 dBm with a small signal gain of up to 13 dB and provides a reverse isolation of 48 dB. This amplifier requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 175 mA of current. This amplifier is suitable for driving Marki Microwave’s H or L diode mixers (from 22 to 57 GHz) and S diode mixers (from 25-50 GHz). It is available in a UC5 connectorized module that measures 40.72 x 28.20 x 21.51 mm with 1.85 mm male/female connectors and built-in DC-blocking capacitors on the input and output. The AMM-8211 is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar and satellite communications, 5G transceiver applications and as a driver amplifier for L, H, S – diode mixers.
