QPB9362 Front End Module by Qorvo
The QPB9362 from Qorvo is a Front-End Receiver Module that operates from 2.3 to 5 GHz. It integrates a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a high-power handling RF switch. This module allows the switch to be used as a fail-safe termination path when the radio operates in transmit mode. It provides a gain of 35.5 dB with a noise figure of 1.2 dB and has an output P1dB of 17 dBm. This module requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 90 mA of current.
