0603DC Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft
The 0603DC Series from Coilcraft are Ceramic Wirewound Chip Inductors with inductance values from 2.7 to 470 nH. These inductors achieve the industry’s highest Q factors in a 0603 size for super low loss in high-frequency circuits. Q factor can be as high as 177 at 2.4 GHz. They have an extremely high self-resonance of up to 11.4 GHz and DCR as low as 29 mΩ. These inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 1 Certified and can operate at a temperature from–40 to +125 °C.
