MMD-0415HS Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave
The MMD-0415HS from Marki Microwave is a Frequency Doubler with an input frequency from 2 to 7.5 GHz and an output frequency from 4 to 15 GHz. It can handle an input power of 20 dBm, provides an isolation of up to 47 dB and has a conversion loss of 11 dB. This passive doubler is fabricated with GaAs Schottky diodes and exhibits excellent conversion loss, isolations and harmonic suppressions across the bandwidth. It is available in a module with SMA-female connectors and is suitable for high-frequency synthesis and LO signal chain applications. This frequency doubler is available as both wire-bondable die and connectorized units.
