0805HT Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft
The 0805HT Series from Coilcraft are Wirewound Ceramic Chip Inductors with inductance values from 1.8 to 500 nH. They have a Q-factor of 55 (at 1.5 GHz), a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 11.5 GHz, and a DC resistance (DCR) of less than 3.2 Ohms. These inductors have a high Q-factor compared to non-wirewound inductors, especially at high frequencies. They are manufactured using the ceramic material for achieving the highest possible self-resonant frequency.
