MMIQA-1040HPSM RF Mixer by Marki Microwave

The MMIQA-1040HPSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs IQ Mixer MMIC that has an RF/LO frequency from 10 to 40 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 10 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 16 dB and provides an image rejection of 29 dBc. This mixer has a noise figure of 12 dB, an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB and a phase balance of 5°. It provides an RF to IF isolation of 48 dBm and has an LO leakage of 29 dBm (LO to IF) and 26 dBm (LO to RF). It has an integrated broadband LO driver amplifier that allows for operation with LO powers as low as +0 dBm while retaining exceptional conversion loss and linearity. This mixer requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 400 mA of current.

The MMIQA-1040HPSM is available in a PSM package that measures 7 x 7 x 1.25 mm and is ideal for single sideband and image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting and 5G band support applications.
