MMIQA-0218HPSMRF Mixer by Marki Microwave

MMIQA-0218HPSM RF Mixer by Marki Microwave

MMIQA-0218HPSM RF Mixer by Marki Microwave

The MMIQA-0218HPSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs IQ Mixer MMIC that operates from 2 to 18 GHz (RF/LO response) and DC to 3 GHz (IF response). It has an integrated broadband LO driver amplifier that can operate with LO powers as low as +0 dBm while retaining exceptional conversion loss and linearity. This mixer has a conversion loss of less than 11 dB and a noise figure of under 10.5 dB. It provides image rejection of 28 dBc, has an amplitude balance of ±0.3 dB and a phase balance of ±5°.

This mixer provides an isolation of 37 dB (RF to IF) and has an LO leakage of 5 dBm (LO to IF) and 32 dBm (LO to RF). It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 400 mA of current. This mixer is available in a PSM package that measures 7 x 7 x 1.25 mm and is ideal for single sideband and image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting and 5G band support applications.
