QM55003 Front End Module by Qorvo
The QM55003 from Qorvo is an RF Front-End (RFFE) Module for NB-IoT and Cat-M1 applications. This multi-band, multi-chip module supports low-band (663 to 915 MHz) and mid-band (1695 to 1980 MHz) operations. It has an integrated harmonic rejection LPF, antenna switch, and auxillary TX/RX paths. The band select and bias are programmed through a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). This FEM is available in a 20-pin laminate MCM package that measures 4 x 4 x 0.64 mm.
