Sona IF513 RF Module by Ezurio
The Sona IF513 from Ezurio is a 2.4/5/6 GHz Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.4 Combo Module. It delivers a data rate of up to 574 Mbps (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi) and up to 1.2 Gbps (5/6 GHz Wi-Fi). This module is based on the Infineon AIROC CYW55513 and has an integrated PA (Power Amplifier) and LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) with 1×1 MU-SISO antenna for reliable connectivity in harsh RF environments. It supports BDR, EDR and BLE Bluetooth protocols along with LE 2 Mbps PHY & LE Long Range (LE-LR). This module supports adaptive frequency hopping (AFH) and secure simple pairing (SSP).
The Sona IF513 is available in an SMT M.2 1216 module that measures 12.00 x 166.00 x 1.75 mm or M.2 E-Key module that measures 22.0 x 30.0 x 3.1 mm and requires a DC supply of 3.3 V. It can be controlled via SDIO 3.0 (Wi-Fi) and HCI using HS-UART (BT) interfaces and is ideal for industrial IoT applications.
