IADA-2050CH Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave
The IADA-2050CH from Marki Microwave is an Active GaAs Frequency Doubler/Amplifier that converts input frequencies from 10-25 GHz to output frequencies from 20-50 GHz. This active doubler also acts as an amplifier that delivers an output power of +18 dBm (input power of +5 dBm). It is fabricated based on GaAs Schottky diode technology. It provides a suppression of 24 dBc and has excellent conversion loss, superior isolations and harmonic suppressions across a broad bandwidth.
The IADA-2050CH is available as a wire-bondable die that measures 2.25 x 1.25 mm and is ideal for LO signal chains and high-frequency synthesis applications. It has an EAR99 export classification.
