TGP2109-SM Digital Phase Shifter by Qorvo
The TGP2109-SM from Qorvo is a 6-bit digital phase shifter that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It provides 360 Degrees of phase coverage with a LSB of 5.625 Degrees. The phase shifter achieves a low RMS phase error of 4 Degrees with 6 dB of insertion loss. This 6-bit phase shifter can handle up to 29 dBm of power.
