IADA-2050PSM Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave
The IADA-2050PSM from Marki Microwave is an Active GaAs Frequency Doubler/Amplifier that converts input frequencies from 10 to 25 GHz to output frequencies from 20 to 50 GHz. This active doubler also acts as an amplifier that delivers an output power of +17 dBm from an input power of +5 dBm. It is fabricated based on GaAs Schottky diode technology and provides 25 dBc of suppression with excellent conversion loss, superior isolations, and harmonic suppressions across a broad bandwidth.
The IADA-2050PSM is available as a PSM package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for LO signal chains and high-frequency synthesis applications. It has an EAR99 export classification.
