The MPD2-00001PSM from Marki Microwave is a 2-Way Wilkinson Power Divider MMIC that operates from 0.4 to 4 GHz. It uses a mix of lumped elements and distributed circuits to reduce the footprint while maintaining isolation at low frequencies significantly. The divider offers tighter fabrication tolerances that result in fewer unit-to-unit variations than traditional power dividers, allowing for accurate simulations. This Wilkinson power divider provides an isolation of more than 16 dB and has an insertion loss of 0.9 dB. It has an amplitude balance of 0.02 dB and a phase balance of 0.8°. This MMIC power divider/combiner is available in a DFN package that measures 1.3 x 2.0 mm.
