BL54H20 Series RF Module by Ezurio
The BL54H20 Series from Ezurio are 2.4 GHz Bluetooth LE 5.4+ 802.15.4 + NFC Combo Modules that also support 802.15.4 and NFC protocols. They are based on a Nordic nRF54H20 SoC with 2x 320 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 Application processors and 2x 320 MHz RISC-V co-processors with 2 MB non-volatile memory and 1 MB RAM. These modules comprise the highest-performing multi-core MCU architecture wireless solution and target the highest-performance processing capabilities with double the application processing. They deliver a data rate of up to 4 Mbps and have a TX power of up to +10 dBm with an Rx sensitivity of -100 dBm.
The BL54H20 Series modules support Bluetooth protocols like LE Audio, Bluetooth Mesh, and 802.15.4 protocols like Thread and Matter. They also support 13.56 MHz NFC Type2 and Type 4 emulation for Touch-to-Pair with NFC, NFC-enabled out-of-band pairing system Wake-On-Field function, and proximity detection use cases. These Bluetooth modules require a DC supply of 1.9 – 5.5 V and can be controlled via SB, CAN FD, I3C, UART, QSPI, SPI, High-Speed SPI, SMIF, I2S, I2C, PDM, PWM, ADC, and GPIO interfaces.
The BL54H20 Series modules are available in compact SMT packages that measure 13.5 x 10 x 1.8 mm and have IPEX MHF4 antenna interface. They are ideal for smart building, asset tracking, secure medical peripherals and industrial automation applications.
