QPX0004D RF Mixer by Qorvo
The QPX0004D from Qorvo is an I/Q Mixer with an RF/LO frequency range from 24 to 34 GHz and an IF frequency range from DC to 7 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 11 dBm, has a low conversion loss of less than 9 dB, and has an IP3 of 19 dBm. This mixer provides an image rejection of 15 dB, has an LO/RF isolation of 30 dB and an LO/IF isolation of 24 dB.
