MMPX-00002PSM Quadplexer by Marki Microwave
The MMPX-00002PSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs Quadplexer MMIC with passbands from DC to 6 GHz, 8 to 10 GHz, 12 to 14 GHz, and 16 to 18 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.3 dB, and a group delay of up to 344 ps. This quadplexer can handle an input power of 30 dBm and has a return loss of 17 dB. It is based on passive GaAs MMIC technology that allows production of smaller filter constructions to replace larger form-factor circuit board constructions.
The MMPX-00002PSM has tight fabrication tolerances that result in less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies. It is available in a QFN package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is ideal for satellite communications, reflectionless filters, and electronic warfare applications.
This RoHS-compliant quadplexer has an EAR99 export classification.
