AMM-9619PSM RF Amplifier by Marki Microwave

The AMM-9619PSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs LO Driver Amplifier that operates from 2 to 26 GHz. It delivers a small signal gain of 14.5 to 16.1 dB and has a noise figure of 1.6 to 3.4 dB with an output P1dB of 15.6 to 18.2 dBm. This amplifier has a reverse isolation of 33-46 dB and a return loss of 11-16 dB (input) & 14.3 to 18.4 dB (output). It can be used as a single-tone driver or general-purpose gain block and can drive an L or H diode mixer.

The AMM-9619PSM exhibits a positive gain slope to equalize frequency-dependent losses. It requires a DC supply of +5 or -0.4 V and consumes 74 mA of current. This driver amplifier is available in a surface mount QFN package that measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 1.2 mm. It is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipment, radar,   satellite communications, driver amplifiers for H & S-diode mixers, and electronic warfare applications.
