AWMF-0241 Beamforming IC by Qorvo

The AWMF-0241 from Qorvo is a Ku-band Tx Beamformer IC that operates from 13.75 to 14.5 GHz. It supports four dual-polarization radiating (antenna) elements with flexible polarization (RHCP, LHCP, linear) or eight single-polarization antenna elements with fixed polarization. This beamformer IC delivers a gain of 20 dB per channel with a 7-bit gain control (LSB=0.25 dB) and a 6-bit phase control (LSB=5.625°). It is capable of reporting telemetry and sensing temperatures with high-accuracy.

The AWMF-0241 requires a DC supply of 1.2 V (optional 1.5 V) and is available in an FC-CSP package. It is ideal for SATCOM flat panel terminals, LEO/MEO/GEO orbits, government/commercial mobility, and enterprise system applications.
