QPA9862 RF Amplifier by Qorvo

The QPA9862 from Qorvo is a Pre-Driver Amplifier that operates from 3.3 to 4.2 GHz. It delivers a P3dB of +29.5 dBm (0.8 W) with a gain of 36.5 dB. This driver amplifier has an instantaneous bandwidth of more than 400 MHz and an Adjacent Channel Power Ratio (ACPR) of -48 dBc.
