QPB1029 L-Band Switched Filter Bank Module by Qorvo
The QPB1029 from Qorvo is a Switched Filter Bank Module that operates from 1.2 to 1.4 GHz. It integrates two switches on both sides of 8 filters (8 channels) and a bypass. This switched filter bank has a bandwidth of 25 or 50 MHz and an out-of-band rejection of more than 15 dB with an insertion loss of less than 4 dB. It has a switching speed of 3 µs and features RFFE-based switch control. This switched filter bank module is based on TCSAW technology and is designed to have low susceptibility to temperature and manufacturing variations. It is available in an SMT package measuring 10.00 x 10.00 x 1.14 mm and is ideal for L-band radar applications.
