MMIQ-0626LSM-2 RF Mixer by Marki Microwave

The MMIQ-0626LSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC I/Q Mixer with an RF/LO frequency range of 6 to 26 GHz and an IF frequency range of DC to 6 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 14 dB and provides an isolation of 48 dB (LO to IF) & 39 dB (LO to RF). This mixer has a noise figure of 12 dB and provides an image rejection of 35 dBc. It also delivers banded performance at lower LO drive levels.

The MMIQ-0626LSM is available in a ceramic QFN package that measures 3.90 x 3.90 mm. This RoHS-compliant mixer is ideal for single-sideband and image-rejection mixing, I/Q modulation/demodulation, vector signal modulation/demodulation, and band-shifting applications.

This MMIC mixer has an EAR99 export classification.
