The KTA3030 Series molded power inductors offer ultra-low inductance values starting from 40 nH, making them ideal for today’s low-voltage, high-current DC-DC converters. Designed for single-phase and multiphase VRMs and PoL regulators, the KTA3030 delivers fast transient response, high current handling, and low DC as well as AC losses in a compact package. The series is ideal for modern CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, and SoCs in servers, data centers, as well as automotive power applications.
- High current; very low DCR; soft saturation
- AEC-200 qualified
- RoHS-compliant, halogen free. 260°C compatible. Tin-silver (96.5/3.5) over copper terminations
- COTS Plus tin-silver-copper and tin-lead terminations available
- Ultra-low inductance values starting from 40 nH, making them ideal for today’s low-voltage, high-current DC-DC converters
- Designed for single-phase and multiphase VRMs and PoL regulators, offering fast transient response, high current handling with soft saturation, and the lowest DC and AC losses in a package measuring 3.2 x 3.0 x 3.2 mm

- AEC-Q200 qualified with a max temperature rating of 165°C
