The MM1-1886LCH-2 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Double Balanced MMIC Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 86 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It requires an LO drive power of +7 dBm and has a conversion loss of 10 dB.
