MM1-1886LCH-2 RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MM1-1886LCH-2 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Double Balanced MMIC Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 86 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. It requires an LO drive power of +7 dBm and has a conversion loss of 10 dB. This double-balanced mixer provides an input IP3 of 13.5 dBm with a noise figure of less than 10 dB and an isolation of 55 dB (RF-to-IF) & 50 dB (LO-to-RF).
