Qorvo QPB1033 S-Band Switched Filter Bank Module
The QPB1033 from Qorvo is a 6-Channel Switched Filter Bank Module that operates from 2700 to 3300 MHz and is designed for use in S-Band aerospace and defense radar applications. It is fabricated using BAW technology and integrates six filter channels with bypass functionality in a single-input, single-output configuration. This switched filter bank module has an insertion loss of less than 6.5 dB, has high out-of-band rejection and does not require external matching. The QPB1033 is available in an SMT package measuring 6.00 × 6.00 × 0.78 mm. This RoHS-compliant, Pb-free module is halogen-free and has an EAR99 export classification.

The QPB1033 is an S-Band switched filter bank module that integrates two switches on both sides of six filters and a bypass. This module is housed in a 6 x 6 mm package for radar applications.
