EZiCoax RF Connector by Smiths Interconnect
The EZiCoax from Smiths Interconnect are single-piece, spring-loaded coaxial connectors that operate up to 40 GHz. They are designed for compression-mount PCB-to-PCB RF interconnect applications. These 50-Ohm connectors do not require soldering or traditional mating connectors, simplifying assembly and alignment. They have a dielectric withstand voltage of 500 VDC, a voltage rating of 60 V RMS, and a current rating of 1 A.
The EZiCoax connectors support up to 1000 mating cycles. They are available in compact compression-mount configurations measuring 0.125 × 0.089 inches and operate over a temperature range of -55 °C to +165 °C. They are qualified in accordance with ESCC 3402 Issue 5 and meet TML and CVCM outgassing requirements.
