The MM1-1467L from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC double balanced mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 14 to 67 GHz and IF Frequency from DC to 21 GHz. It has a low conversion loss of 7 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 53 dB, and a high input IP3 of 12 dBm across the bandwidth. This mixer ideal for applications which require broad IF bandwidths with operation at mm-Wave frequencies. The MM1-1467L is available as both wire bondable die and as connectorized modules.
