QPA9903 RF Amplifier by Qorvo
The QPA9903 from Qorvo is a linearizable Power Amplifier that operates from 1805 to 1880 MHz targeting Band 3 small-cell wireless infrastructure systems. The PA delivers an output power of 28 dBm with a gain of 32 dB across the band, and a PAE of 35%. It provides excellent DPD linearized ACPR of -50 dBc for signal bandwidths of up to 60 MHz. The power amplifier is available in an SMT package that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for use in 3GPP Band 3 Small Cells, M-MIMO systems, Repeaters / DAS, and General Purpose Wireless applications. This device is an excellent candidate for transceiver line cards in current and next generation multi-carrier 3G/4G/5G base stations.
