E9140H RF Switch by KRATOS General Microwave
The E9140H from Kratos is a Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It provides an insertion loss of less than 2.8 dB and an isolation of 60 dB. This switch can handle an input power of up to 200 mW and has a VSWR of less than 2:1. It has a rise/fall time of 10 nsec and supports TTL control interface. The switch requires a DC supply of +5/-12 V and consumes up to 135 mA of current. It is available in an economical hermetically sealed package with SMA Male connectors.
