MMIQ-1867LSM RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MMIQ-1867LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 67 GHz and an IF frequency of DC to 23 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 16 dB, a noise figure of 12 dB and provides an LO to RF isolation of 49 dB. This mixer has an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB and a phase balance of 3° which results in an image rejection of up to 50 dB. It can handle an input power of up to +26 dBm. The MMIQ-1867LSM is available in a surface-mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for single side band & image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting and 5G band support applications. It can be used as an up-converter for direct baseband to Ka-Band frequency conversions.
