Marki Microwave New IQ Mixer Spans Full Ku and Ka Bands with wide 10GHz IF
The new MMIQ-1040 IQ mixers provide exceptional sideband suppression and L-to-R isolation over an RF/LO bandwidth of 10 to 40 GHz, while offering the high linearity performance that Marki mixers are known for. With a wide IF bandwidth covering DC to 10GHz, this IQ mixer combines with the latest ADCs and DACs to enable processing of ultrawide instantaneous bandwidths for EW, radar, SATCOM, and 5G. Add one of our MMIC quad hybrids for image-reject or single-sideband operation. MMIQ-1040LSM operates with a low +10dBm LO drive, whereas the high linearity MMIQ-1040HSM requires a nominal +20dBm LO to provide +26dBm IIP3. Both are offered in 4x4mm QFN. Evaluation boards are available.
