MT3A-0113HCH-2 RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MT3A-0113H from Marki Microwave is Two-Tone-Terminator mixer integrated with a low phase noise LO driver amplifier. This triple balanced mixer has an LO/RF frequency from 1 – 13 GHz and an IF Frequency from 0.5 – 8.5 GHz. It requires +6 dBm LO input for high linearity, and with an increased LO can achieve up to +30dBm IIP3. This rugged unit delivers exceptional IMD suppression with a conversion loss of less than 14 dB and an IP3 of 28 dBm. The LO amplifier requires a positive bias supply and helps deliver high linearity. The mixer is available as a wire-bondable die or connectorized package.
