QPC1006 RF Switch by Qorvo
The QPC1006 from Qorvo is an SP3T Switch that operates from 0.15 to 2.8 GHz. It has a switching speed of 50 ns and provides more than 30 dB of isolation. This switch can handle an input power of 50 W and has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB. It is fabricated using Qorvo’s QGaN25 0.25um GaN on the SiC production process and requires a control voltage of 0/-40 V for both CW and pulsed RF operations. This switch is available in a surface-mount 24 lead QFN package that measures 4.00 x 4.00 x 0.85 mm and is ideal for radar, communications, test & measurement, and electronic warfare applications.
