2222SQ Series RF Inductor by Coilcraft
The 2222SQ Series from CoilCraft are Square Air Core Inductors with inductance values from 90 to 300 nH. They have a Q factor of up to 230 @400 MHz with very tight inductance tolerances, making them suitable for narrowband RF amplifier matching and tuning applications. These air-core inductors do not use a magnetic core, resulting in the high Q and the lowest possible losses for high-frequency applications. They have a current handling capacity of 5.7 A (RMS). They are available in packages with RoHS-compliant tin-silver over copper terminations and a flat top and bottom for reliable pick and place and mechanical stability.
High-reliability versions for space, military, and other critical applications are available on request.
