QPA9442 RF Amplifier by Qorvo

The QPA9442 from Qorvo is a Driver Amplifier that operates from 0.6 to 2.8 GHz. It provides a gain of up to 19 dB with a noise figure of less than 7.8 dB and has an output P1dB of up to +30 dBm (1 W). This amplifier has an ACPR of less than -63 dBc and provides exceptional linearity performance with +46 dBm output 3rd order intercept (OIP3).
