The MM1-0626SCSP2 from Marki Microwave is a highly linear passive GaAs double balanced MMIC mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 6 to 26 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 9 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 8.5 dB and provides an LO/RF isolation of 45 dB. This passive mixer can handle an input power of 28 dBm and requires an LO drive from 13 to 24 dBm. It is available in surface mount package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.9 mm and is ideal for test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, 5G, and EW applications.
