MM1-0626SCSP2 RF Mixer by Marki Microwave

The MM1-0626SCSP2 from Marki Microwave is a highly linear passive GaAs double balanced MMIC mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 6 to 26 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 9 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 8.5 dB and provides an LO/RF isolation of 45 dB. This passive mixer can handle an input power of 28 dBm and requires an LO drive from 13 to 24 dBm.
