QPC8020Q RF Switch by Qorvo

The QPC8020Q from Qorvo is an SP4T Switch that operates from 600 to 6000 MHz. It has a switching speed of less than 4 us and provides more than 16.5 dB of isolation. This SP4T switch can handle an input power of up to 39 dBm  (~8 W) with a VSWR of less than 2.8:1. It requires a supply voltage of 1.8 V and consumes 55 uA of current.

The QPC8020Q is available in a 9-pin surface mount package that measures 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.44 mm and is RFFE 2.0 compatible with a write speed of 52 MHz. It is ideal for telematics modules, cellular technology, multi-mode GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, and LTE applications.
