MMD-3567LBH Frequency Multiplier by Marki Microwave

The MMD-3567LBH from Marki Microwave is a Frequency Doubler that converts input frequencies from 17.5 to 33.5 GHz to output frequencies from 35 to 67 GHz. It is based on GaAs Schottky diode technology and can handle an input power of up to 23 dBm. This MMIC frequency doubler has a conversion loss of 12 dB and provides harmonic suppressions of up to 38 dBc throughout the frequency band.

The MMD-3567LBH measures 32.8 x 9.5 mm and has 1.85 male/female connectors (a surface-mount MMIC is also available). It is ideal for high-frequency synthesis and LO signal chain applications and has an EAR99 export classification.
