The F9025 from Kratos is a reflective SPDT switch that operates from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. It provides an isolation of over 40 dB with an insertion loss of under 5.3 dB and has a switching time of less than 250 nsec. The switch can handle a power of up to 200 mW CW or pulse and requires a supply voltage of -15 to 5 V while consuming less than 75 mA of current. It is available in a connectorized module and is ideal for ultra-wide band Test, Receiving and EW System applications.
