The QPC6742 is a 75 Ohm Silicon on Insulator (SOI) SP4T switch designed for use in CATV, satellite set top, and other high-performance communications systems. It has an insertion loss of 0.35 dB, an isolation of 34 dB and an IP3 of 82 dBm at 850 MHz. The switch has a control voltage of 1.8V and requires a 3-5 V supply. It offers a high isolation symmetric topology with excellent linearity and power handling capability. No blocking caps are necessary on the RF ports. The is available in a compact 1.8 mm x 1.8 mm QFN package.
