The MQH-0517 from Marki Microwave is a MMIC Quadrature [90 degrees] Hybrid Coupler that operates from 5 to 17 GHz. The hybrid coupler provides an isolation of 23 dB, amplitude balance of 0.5 dB and phase balance of +/- 6 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. The coupler can be used in a wide range of applications including single sideband upconverters, image rejection downconverters, IQ modulators, balanced amplifiers, microwave correlators, and microwave Butler matrices.
