CMD320C3 RF Amplifier by Custom MMIC

The CMD320C3 from Qorvo is a Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 10.7 to 12.7 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 18 dBm with a gain of 18 dB and a noise figure of 1.07 dB. This amplifier requires a 1.5/3 V supply and draws 32 mA of current. It has a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
