The MM1A-0626SPSM from Marki Microwave is a Double Balanced Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 6 to 26 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 9 GHz. It also has an integrated broadband LO driver amplifier that allows for operation with LO powers as low as -4 dBm, while retaining exceptional conversion loss and linearity. This mixer can handle an input power of 15 dBm and has a conversion loss of 9 dB. It has a noise figure of 7.5 dB and provides an isolation of 34 dB (RF to IF). This RoHS-compliant mixer is available in a QFN package that measures 6.000 x 1.199 mm. It is ideal for test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, radar, and low LO drive applications.
