Mini-Circuits Introduces New GaAs MMIC SP4T Absorptive Switch from DC to 30 GHz
Mini-Circuits introduces the M4SWA4-34DR+, a GaAs MMIC SP4T absorptive switch with an internal driver designed for wideband operation from DC to 30 GHz. This switch enables fast, nanosecond switching across a wide frequency range with minimal gate lag effects. This model offers excellent isolation, high linearity, and is capable of withstanding an RF input power of up to +24 dBm. It is packaged in a small 4×4 mm QFN-style package for ease of integration in compact assemblies.
This model combines the M3SWA2-34DR+ SPDT model to provide even more high-performance options for signal routing within the system. These unique GaAs-based switches have gained popularity and offer several advantages, including fast switching speeds and improved power handling at lower frequencies compared to competitive devices utilizing SOI, at a fraction of the cost.
