QPC4510 RF Mixer by Qorvo
The QPC4510 from Qorvo is an RF Upconverter Mixer that converts input frequencies from DC to 4 GHz (IF) to output frequencies from 17.7 to 26.5 GHz (RF). It is manufactured using Qorvo’s pHEMT process technology and consists of an x2 LO buffer amplifier and an output variable gain amplifier. This mixer provides a conversion gain of 13 dB with a noise figure of 15 dB. It provides an image rejection of 15 dB and has a return loss of 11 dB (RF).
The QPC4510 also supports an optional nulling operation for the LO to improve isolation. This RF Mixer requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 360 mA of current. It is available in a QFN package that measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.3 mm. This mixer is ideal for mmWave communications, VSAT ground terminals, and point-to-point radio applications.

The Qorvo QPC4510 is a K-Band image reject upconverter mixer with integrated x2 LO buffer amplifier and output variable gain amplifier. The QPC4510 outputs an RF frequency from 17.7 to 26.5 GHz using IF inputs from DC to 4.0 GHz and a corresponding LO frequency. It is designed using QORVO’s pHEMT production process.
The QPC4510 typically provides 32 dBm of output TOI at –10 dBm input power per tone and has a conversion gain of 13 dB. Optional nulling of the LO can improve LO isolation by 30 dB.
The QPC4510 is available in a low-cost, surface-mount, 28-lead 5 x 5 mm QFN package and is ideally suited for point-to-point radio and K-Band VSAT ground terminal applications.
