QPQ4701 Diplexer by Qorvo
The QPQ4701 from Qorvo is a BAW Diplexer with passbands from 2412 to 2484 MHz and 5170 to 5835 MHz. It enables single-antenna operation for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi bands in compact wireless systems. This BAW diplexer leverages Qorvo’s coexBoost and bandBoost technologies to provide steep skirts, low insertion loss, and high near-in rejection for LTE coexistence. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.5 dB and can handle an input power of up to 28 dBm. The diplexer provides high near-in rejection to mitigate interference from LTE bands such as B7, B38, B40, and B41.
The 2.4 GHz path integrates a BAW filter, while the 5 GHz path supports a low-loss bandpass that covers the Wi-Fi UNII 5-8 bands. It is available in a laminate surface-mount package measuring 2.2 × 2.0 mm. This diplexer is suitable for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, customer premises equipment (CPE), and IoT applications.
