MMIQ-0218HSM RF Mixer by Marki Microwave

The MMIQ-0218HSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/ LO frequency from 2 to 18 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. This broadband mixer has a conversion loss of 8 dB and LO to RF isolation of 53 dB. It provides up to 35 dB of image rejection due to the excellent phase and amplitude balance of an on-chip LO quadrature hybrid. The MMIQ-0218HSM-2 is available in a 6 x 6 mm surface-mount QFN package and is suitable for Single Side Band & Image Rejection Mixing, IQ Modulation/Demodulation, Vector Amplitude Modulation and, and Band Shifting applications.
