MM1-0212S RF Mixer by Marki Microwave
The MM1-0212S from Marki Microwave is a Double-Balanced GaAs MMIC Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 2 to 12 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 3 GHz. It has a conversion loss of less than 11.5 dB and a noise figure of 9 dB. The mixer provides an LO to RF isolation of 47 dB, LO to IF isolation of 49 dB and RF to IF isolation of 39 dB. It is a low frequency, high linearity S band mixer that works well as both an up and down converter to through X band. The mixer is available as both a wire bondable die and a connectorized module.
